Orders under $250 are required paid in full up front for the order to go on the build list. Orders over $250 are required to have 50% paid up front before going on the build list. This is non-refundable. The other 50% is required once the work is done and before the item will be shipped. Custom order are non-refundable. If customers are unsatisfied at any point please contact via email or by phone.
