Deco-Style Saguaro Cactus In Stained Glass
This hanging stained glass artwork is currently for sale. The contemporary design of this artwork draws on both southwestern art and art deco. Everything in this photo looks correct, except for the clouds, which are done in a peach-and-white swirled glass. This artwork is constructed with copper foil. All of the metallic parts of this artwork have been darkened to a charcoal gray with a chemical patina. This artwork is mounted in an oak frame, which looks black here but actually has a clearly visible wood grain with a medium stain. The size of this stained glass is 15-1/4" wide and 33-1/2" tall, including the wood frame.
