Please always verify that the correct shipping address is used at checkout. We can change the shipping address on our end only if we are notified before the the item has been shipped. We cannot retrieve a package that has been shipped to the wrong address and we will not create a replacement if the wrong shipping address was used on the order form. All orders will ship with USPS Priority Mail

Returns and exchange details Because our products are all custom made per our customers request, we do not offer a typical return policy. We will only offer a return if a product has arrived damaged or is otherwise not functioning in the way it is described on our listing.
