UPS or USPS All items shipped fully insured after cleared payment. Tracking info will be emailed on the day of shipping. I securely package all of my products to reduce the possibility of any damages during transit. If any damages occur during shipping please notify the shipping company and me. I do ship International, but please note: All INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING will be calculated based on the item's size, weight and value, and the country of destination. Please send me a note with your shipping address, so I can calculate the shipping accordingly.

Every time I do a commission work, I send pictures of the progress and we discuss with the buyer what's the next step, and how they like the artwork at that point so I can always make changes if needed before I ship out the artwork. Custom work is non-refundable and non-returnable , and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. Other prints and originals: Request for refund or exchange must be made within 7 days after receiving an item. Buyers must pay for return shipping. Shipping is not refundable. All return or exchange must be received in original condition.
