Old English Fireplace Benches
We custom make the 19th century version of the iconic English club fender fireplace bench. Our benches are exceptional by virtue of their 200+ year styling and the large amount of iron we use for the bases. Plus our benches are hand forged, individually designed and sized for the intended hearth. We upholster in leather or your material. The base set upon a hardwood skirt adds an extra element of design and elegance.
A club fender fireplace bench adds extra seats without taking space, adds design and beauty to the fireplace, makes tending fires easy from a seated position, and more. It dresses up a plain mantel or compliments an expensive one. We work with professional fireplace stone masons and custom mantel makers.
Our forge can also custom make fire screens, andirons, firebacks, tools, etc. We ship nationally.
