Rustic Knotty Alder Bunk Bed
Here is a great rustic bunk bed. There is two beds in the pictures. One is a xl twin over xl twin. The second one is xl twin over queen. These two beds are made out of knotty alder and than have a walnut stain on them. There is storage drawers under the bottom bunk. The top outside rail on both of the beds is removable. This is to help aid in making the top bed. Obviously these beds can be made it different sizes and different configurations with different kinds of wood and stains. I ordered because my arthritis no longer allows me to make the boxes myself. The wood still has tool marks and sanding swirls on it……. the finish is sub -standard, and the lining is terrible. I know how hard it is to do a good lining which governed my decision to use another maker. But I will not use this one again. It is just too much money for the level of craftsmanship.
