Papa Steele Designs was great to work with. They easily understood the concept that I was looking for and translated it into a physical item with precision. I was kept well informed of the progress of the project with both verbal and photo updates. They were also willing to drive the item half way to me in order to avoid shipping costs. At my request the item was shipped and unfortunately damaged by the carrier. Without hesitation Papa and his team arranged for an inspection and return of the broken component for repair at no expense to me. They have been great to work with and I have a custom piece that I can expect to last a lifetime. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a custom wood fabrication!
