I am a 55 year old, that has never tired of playing with wood. An old German man instilled in me the love of creating art with wood while I was a young boy, it has burned in me for the past half century. Everything from custom homes to antique furniture repair and more.
I pride myself in giving a customer more than they expect. My pieces are unique and personal for myself and my customer. I work to make heirloom pieces that will be used for generations. Using the highest quality material available, with no compromises in quality.
I stand behind my work because I love what I do and with that ethic, I have yet to receive a bad review or have a customer that was not pleased with my product.

Aug 10, 2015Papa Steele was great to work with. My project was a custom table. I provided inspirational pictures and concept and Papa Steele replied quickly with a fair quote. We communicated via phone several times and he kept me informed of the progress of my project. He even sent me several samples of the stain colors on the wood so I could actually see what I wanted. The project was sent from TN to TX and was very well crated and contained. HERE IS THE BEST PART : The table exceeded my expectations and is absolutely gorgeous. Since my table was not a standard one Papa Steele had to be creative with some engineering to do what I wanted. The craftsmanship, and quality of the material used was amazing. He was very easy to work with, was timely in communication, and is a great craftsman. I am very satisfied with my beautiful table.

Jul 29, 2014I'm not sure if I can fully explain how happy my wife and I are with the Dining Room Chairs that Papa Steele made for us. They are absolutely , beautiful. True heirlooms that my family will enjoy for years to come. I feel sorry for my children because I know the will be debating who will inherit them. Little do they know my wife and I are going to stay around a lot longer than they ever expected, just so we can continue to enjoy them. Thank you so very much, they are just what we wanted.
