Shipping costs will be quoted at the time a proposal is made. The most appropriate shipping method for your piece will be used. It might be US Postal Service, UPS, or specialized furniture shipping.

Cancellation of any orders placed after the first payment will result, in most cases, in forfeiture of that payment. In the event you are not satisfied with your piece when you receive it, I will make every effort to make it right for you. If you deem it necessary to return the piece, I will provide a full refund, but you must cover the initial and return shipping costs.
