The West Table (Small Dining Table)

To be honest I'm always very skeptical about online purchases especially something like a custom table and I had a very particular idea. I have to say I was immensely impressed with him and I found them to be extremely reasonable and professional. I will definitely use them again for larger scale projects. Very happy !!

Daniel Chase of redwell was extremely professional throughout the design process as well as the delivery process. He personally installed the table in our new office along with his assistant. Entire interaction was very professional and they did a wonderful job. The end product is a large beautiful conference room table for our new office in a renovated historic church! Everyone has commented on how great the table looks Job well done and beautiful reclaimed wood chevron table!!! Love it !!!

My shelf turned out beautifully. The only exception would be a small dent that occurred during the shipping process. Since the shelf is made of reclaimed wood, the dent is not easily discernible. Daniel was very professional in his communication regarding the progress of the shelf. I would have liked some communication earlier on to know when my shelf was going to be started/completed. Overall, I am very happy with my product, and I would recommend Daniel Chase to someone in need of a woodcraft.

Very happy with the final project. Daniel went over and above to make sure I was happy with what I was receiving. Communication was excellent, and the table top I ordered (in a very odd size) came out great and the measurement was bang on!

We were looking at very ugly, very sterile looking reception desks in catalogs and had a dream that we could find one made out of reclaimed wood. I found some examples of Daniel's work on custom made as well as on his website and thought we'd give it a try. I am so glad we did! The finished product is BEAUTIFUL. He was super professional all along the way - sent mock-ups of what the desk would look like, worked with us to tweak the design, deliver the desk on our timeline, found solutions to help expedite the project while maintaining the look we were going for, basically ALL of the things you would want in a custom-built piece of furniture. The only thing I could critique is that we did not see the finished product until the day before it was delivered. That said, we were asking him to RUSH, so not sure we could've done anything differently. Fortunately, it turned out great and is exactly what we wanted. It was precision made, pre-drilled, laser leveled and 110% of what we expected. Does not disappoint and is the focal piece of our real estate office lobby! Would not hesitate to work with him again… in fact, we're dreaming up other projects :)
