Shipping to all US customers, international locations. Our preferred carrier is Fed Ex ground for US Locations. For PO Box, Hawaii and Alaska we ship via United States Postal Service. For all international orders, we are in partnership with your local agency via United States Postal Service.

We replace all broken or misprinted tiles free of charge, no questions asked! As far as returns, we will work with each client on an individual basis. In general, colors can slightly differ from your screen or printed photos. We are happy to provide samples before ordering a larger tile mural. Since each mural or tile is custom, we can not offer refunds.
