This particular dragon is a lava dragon! Born from the fires of an active volcano, this little dragon has a burning spirit. Crafted entirely from polymer clay, the dragon's body is made from varying shades of vibrant orange-yellow and covered with "hardened lava rocks." The spines down his back are brilliant red to match his belly. He has spines attached to his head that are FRAGILE, but add an excellent sense of character to the dragon. His wings have been attached with super glue to the aluminum foil armature underneath. The whole sculpture has been blended together quite well so that the seams do not run the risk of splitting apart. This little dragon will be packaged carefully with cotton balls and bubble wrap and placed in a secure box. that will then be "floated" with newspaper and packing material in another box. This is all to ensure that he arrives to you safely and undamaged. He will be shipped PRIORITY MAIL for domestic orders and FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL for orders outside the US. I will include tracking and insurance for both shipping options. From the back of the sculpture to the front of the dragon's arms measures 7.5 cm or about 2.9 inches. From the tip of the tallest spine on his head to the base of the dragon measures 7 cm or about 2.75 inches. From the tips of the wings to the base of the dragon measures 5.5 cm or about 2 inches. This is a ONE OF A KIND sculpture. I will not be able to replicate this design. He is looking for a new home! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to message me.

About Me:
I work part time as a bookseller and part time as a student. My handmade creations take up one hundred percent of my passion and love when I am home. I really enjoy making the things in my imagination into tangible creations. I am twenty-two years old and working on a degree in Graphic Design. I currently live with my boyfriend in a one bedroom apartment that also functions as my work area. This little adventure started off as a hobby three years ago and has since grown in to a love and passion that I am working on every day. There is always new techniques and things to learn with clay and I hope I never have to stop!
My Business:
I started selling on Etsy with the intent to become a business in November of 2013. Since then, I have worked hard to satisfy my customers and earn their positive feedback. I have also started going to local fairs in my area to try and drum up some business and it has really started to take off!
My Work:
I sculpt from Premo and Fimo polymer clay and use various household tools to help me create the shapes and textures throughout my work. I used to love dollhouses and the tiny food and accessories that went along with them. I had a thought to turn those accessories in to jewelry and from there I have become a miniature dessert guru in my own way.
Often, I will have an idea in the middle of the night and my boyfriend will stumble out of the bedroom to find me working away at a new cake concept or dragon sculpture. I love making all kinds of things out of clay! Whatever inspires me the most is what comes through in my work.

For Aaron's Friendship necklaceThe necklace turned out beautifully! She manifested the design I wanted perfectly. She was excellent at keeping me updated so that I knew just how it was turning out and what was going on. She very courteously asked for my opinion on details of the design that were not already defined. Simply wonderful! I would definitely work with Felicia again!
