Presentation Box

I had a detailed specifications for a custom poker room cash box. Design47 came through with a competitively priced bid and worked out all of the details for the project. We were kept informed of progress and communication was excellent on every aspect. They did a great job keeping the final design within our budget. The finished product is awesome! Solid craftsmanship and it looks great!

As this is our first purchase through CustomMade, our experience is that we need to specify all details. Basically, the finished product met expectations. We would have liked the edge of the table top to have a routered rounded edge -our mistake for not being specific enough. The table was easy to assemble, but a few of the screw holes were drilled too large or too deep causing the screws not to secure tightly. Lastly, the table tops should have been bubble wrapped, especially having to pay a significant amount for shipping. Some of the table edges were slightly chipped or mashed. Despite the above comments, we are pleased with the overall project and would consider future work with Greg/Ed Seavers.

Ed was excellent to work with!!! He was a complete professional! The stools just arrived...exactly when he said they would in perfect shape! I could not be happier!!!
