I have been working with wood for more than 25 years and have been fabricating metal for more than 15 years. Aug 9, 2017I worked with Mark, not Karl. He was a pleasure to work with and helped me come up with a perfect design for my sign. Mark sent pictures of the finished product before sending it, and was willing to go back and make a modification I asked for at the end. Even with the modification, he finished the project and it arrived right on schedule. The only issue is an inconsistent font across the sign - one of the words has noticeably thinner letters than the rest and it makes the whole thing look a bit odd. Unfortunately I didn't notice until it arrived and I saw it in person. But overall it was a great experience and I'd work with Mark again.

Jul 17, 2022After almost 20 years of our 2 sons playing hockey (skating lessons, driving to and from practices, enjoying and sometimes enduring freezing cold, competitive games, managing countless teams, President of the my son’s HS Hockey Club, penalty box door man, clock manager and statistician, social coordinator for after game noshes, parent enthusiast and one year of being “snack mom”) my husband can now put his feet up and just relax! Our hockey chair came out better than I had envisioned! (A foot rest was also included which I wasn’t expecting!) Karl from KMR Works was terrific. He was thorough and professional in his communication with me, his craftsmanship is exceptional and he even made arrangements to meet me with my project to avoid the pricey shipping costs. The chair is also custom made to include our last name and son’s hockey numbers. A nice touch personal touch. Truly a 5 star experience all around! I wish I could give him 5+ in all of the categories. My husband loves it and each time we take a seat in it, we will reflect on the many happy years of memories at the rink! Thank you Karl!
