I created this beautiful Walnut standing desk with steel hairpin legs and left the natural live edge on the end to maintain its natural beauty. I used a slab of black Walnut harvested from a Kansas tree and paired it with modern slim hairpin legs manufactured in the USA. This item was intended for reading, writing and creating. Its simplicity creates a focus on your work while its form inspires.
