First I start with wood, cutting it into size and sanding it (I use repurposed and recycled wood whenever possible), then I paint each panel separately layers of a rich blend of acrylic paints, followed by more layers and detail. The finish is outstanding with great shine and gloss that really brings out the character and depth. I finish each block, using my own technique, with thick high gloss lacquer glaze for a tremendous finish and statement. 27 original painted wood panels, each approximately 9.5 x 9.5 inches (however I can make a custom collection for you in any size pieces you need up to very, very large installations) -makes for a large and dramatic collection display -Rich, abstract blends of poetic color -Shiny thick high gloss finish -Ready to hang and enjoy Thanks so much!
