Guaranteed not to warp with proper care. Due to the nature of handmade production, all dimensions listed are approximate. Proper care includes not submersing it in water or placing it in a dishwasher. Instead, wash by hand with soap and water and let air dry before use. Includes a food safe oil or wax finish. Jan 29, 2021EDIT: The cutting board is walnut end grain with cocobolo handles. This is the second cutting board made for us and it is even more beautiful than the first - hard to believe. What we didn't know when we received the first board and now this one, is that end cut boards are better for knives which stay sharper longer. They have a great cutting surface. For this board we chose a slightly larger board that is 24"x18"x2" and it gives great working space for cutting and assembling foods. Photos of the boards can't do justice to the quality and craftsmanship. The feel is silky smooth. Everyone who sees the boards gush on how beautiful they are. Needless to say we're really pleased.

Apr 13, 2020We recently finished a kitchen renovation and wanted a nice cutting board. As the kitchen has no wood adding a beautiful wood board would be a nice accent and functional kitchen piece. The board arrived early and is in a word, stunning. As another reviewer commented, "it is too nice to use". The build and finish of the board is superb. I've seen lots of cutting boards but none have approached the beauty and craftsmanship of this board. If anyone has any doubts on the worth of these boards, don't. We see a second board in the future.

Feb 24, 2019Mark was great to work with on this custom 36" round butcherblock tabletop. He was very flexible when the zinc band that I ordered from a supplier took longer than anticipated and then I decided not to use it. Mark's craftsmanship is first rate and this project will certainly be the centerpiece of a new kitchen.
