shipping will be determined by location of customer and weight/ size of any item.Shipping lead times vary due to our work load although custom made may say there pre determined 6 week lead times please ask us what our current lead times really are typically most items are 6-8 weeks and this is not guaranteed but we try very hard to get your project done as early as possible with quality in mind. if you need your item faster we offer rush and guaranteed times at an additional cost which will vary with our workload and the type of item being built. YOU AS A BUYER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ASKING AND PAYING FOR SHIPPING INSURANCE PLEASE INFORM ME IF YOU WANT INSURANCE PRIOR TO GETTING A SHIPPING QUOTE BASED ON YOUR LOCATION. Standard freight shipping is curbside only. if you need inside delivery you as the buyer are responsible for requesting a quote in which Industrial Evolution Furniture co. will get all the required information from you to get you the best and most accurate quote for the form of shipping you want. In no way shall Industrial Evolution Furniture co. or any of its employees or CEO be responsible for any fees of any kind resulting from any shipping issue ,shipping misunderstanding or shipping damage due to not reading our shipping policy's or asking for them or any other reason of any kind before or after purchasing any item.

we do accept returns with reimbursement of purchase price only. no shipping costs of any kind will be reimbursed to the customer. Returns are also held to the strict policy of all shipping and related costs of shipping the item back to us including but not limited to packaging crating , handling and or third party expenses of any kind and the item must be in the exact same condition it was sent to the customer by industrial evolution furniture co. refund can take up to 30 days to process once the item has been safely returned and inspected. industrial evolution furniture co.accepts no responsibility for any damages , loss or theft of the item being returned in any way until it is safely returned to our shop in the same exact condition it was sent. In the event the item is not in the same condition as it was sent in once received Industrial evolution furniture co. reserves the right to withhold all or part of the reimbursement of purchase price only.
