Oct 2, 2015Scott made a gorgeous custom cutting board to fit into a space provided for it in a custom countertop. My local cabinetmaker finished the edges for a perfect fit. Working with Scott was an absolute pleasure. He was in constant communication with me, providing drawings and photos. I chose the wood species from his stock and he altered the design to fit the style of my kitchen. The process was professional and thorough. I couldn't be happier with the results. The only problem was that the Postal Service damaged a corner in shipment. They would do nothing about it because I hadn't purchase insurance. My local cabinetmaker was able to sand down that edge so the damage does not show in the final product. My recommendation is to use UPS or FEDEX or purchase insurance if the Postal Service is used for shipment.
