Sugar Pine Trestle Table with cherry inlay and pegs. I blended curves and bevels to create an interesting shape for the top, and placed it upon a traditional trestle. The table is constructed from an old growth sugar pine that fell in the Applegate Valley of southern Oregon in the late 1980s. The wood was milled and forgotten until recently. 7 feet long, 32" wide and 30" tall.

I am a woodworker. I design and make furniture, cabinets, built-ins, gates, doors, small building and remodels.
I have been working with wood for over 35 years; I am fortunate to have my passion for woodworking as my profession. I got started in my youth, winning awards for my furniture when I was just 14 years old. I have taken classes from some of the most skilled woodworkers in the country, and have studied several different styles and techniques.
I love to work with people who share a keen appreciation for both the artful and functional. Whether you are building something new, redesigning an existing residence, or simply looking to enhance the decor in a single room or garden; I can help you realize your vision. Close collaboration with you will produce an inspiring impression that is distinctive, highly functional, and lasting. I am open to many possibilities, including working in a relatively broad geographical area.
The conservation of natural resources is very important to me. When designing a project I always seek to use sustainably harvested materials. Using locally harvest materials is also a great way to conserve resources. I often work with local small mills and individuals to obtain quality materials for my projects.
