"Ed's Diners" A 35 Square Foot Tile Mural Backsplash
The 35 sq' back-splash is laid with a custom designed 16"x 24" repeating photomontage composed of vintage diner scenes from the clients collection of memorabilia. The tiles are silk screened with ceramic enamels that are fire on permanently.

Gregory Aliberti established Aliberti Art Tile in 1994 specializing in vibrant architectural ceramics. His studio creates murals, planters, fireplaces and tables through many techniques such as printing, painting, large scale slab work and plaster molds. He utilizes both traditional hand-forming techniques and embraces contemporary computer design, and offers an original, boutique tile line. The unique clay body he developed has recycled and regionally found materials. Aliberti Art Tile has been recognized in many national tile reviews and has been awarded commissions from government and private agencies including public transit stations, community development agencies and restaurants while satisfying numerous residential orders including reproduction of antique tile.
