Refunds are accepted when items delivered are not simliar to what Aliberti Art Tile described in proposal. If a Patron cancels an order within 48 hours a full refund will be returned minus any fees CustomMade charges Aliberti Art Tile. An order after 2 days will be returned minus 15% development fee plus any CustomMade fees charged Aliberti Art Tile unless, design/production has started then, unfortunately they will have forfeited the deposit. Orders can not be canceled within 2 weeks of completion. Thank you for your understanding in these matters. All orders are unique requests that are not easily resold.
