Hand Forged Wrought Iron Front Entry French Doors Steel Scrolls Bronze Handles
These doors were commissioned by an interior designer in 2012. This entry way is located in Atherton,CA. The door frames were fabricated from steel tubing and the wrought iron panels were all hand forged by me. My favorite part was the forged leaves which have a faux acrylic bronze finish over a rust resistant paint and primer. The Scroll panels are mounted on hinges and swing away to give access to cleaning the glass and are held in place by machine screws. Not visible but on the inside are custom made bronze door stops to accent the hand forged silicon bronze door handles which were designed by me. I supplied several handle samples for the client to choose from. We did everything from the design details and fabrication to the installation and finish work. These doors were a stunning addition to this spectacular home.Price is for each set of doors.
