Lighthouse Cat Tower
This was the first cat tower I designed and built, modeled loosely after the Louisbourg Lighthouse in Nova Scotia. This piece measures 37-1/2″ wide by 37-1/2″ deep by 109-1/2″ (over 9 feet) tall to its highest point. The lighthouse is a perfect perching place for three cats in this household. It has an internal rope light to create an inner glow in the evening. The exterior is painted wood, and the interior steps are carpeted. An interior scratching post and hanging toy helps entice the cats to play and climb within.

Our products currently focus mostly on felines, as so many varied products for dogs already exist in the marketplace, and since cats lend themselves to more “delicate” designs. The greatest aspect of our products is a sense of whimsy. We take iconic elements, whether architectural, utilitarian, sculptural, or natural, and we fashion them in a form that cats can interact with. It’s in this tongue-in-cheek way that our customers feel engaged with their animals in a totally new way.
