    I need to know how to return this product, and get my money reimbursed. I was patient with the 1 1/2 month delay, but now that I received my purchase in a torn envelope, I am extremely unhappy with the craftsmanship. A $250.00 wedding present that I would never give them. The butcher block isn't even sanded smooth; the whole thing is warped; you can't even see the image; there are some green markings on the back; the finish is dripped on in some places. Honestly, I have to go buy the newlyweds another present. Maybe you can sand it down and reuse it? At least then is would be sanded. Please tell me how I can return this product for a complete refund.

    Beautiful work!!! Eugenya absolutely saved my Christmas. Not only is it a beautiful piece but they were able to complete the job and get it to me before Christmas and it is EXACTLY what I wanted. Thank you all very much for saving me when an Etsy maker almost ruined the perfect gift for my brother. I have learned my lesson, Custom Made makers are artist and true craftsmen and Etsy makers are just hobbyist. .
