I need to know how to return this product, and get my money reimbursed. I was patient with the 1 1/2 month delay, but now that I received my purchase in a torn envelope, I am extremely unhappy with the craftsmanship. A $250.00 wedding present that I would never give them. The butcher block isn't even sanded smooth; the whole thing is warped; you can't even see the image; there are some green markings on the back; the finish is dripped on in some places. Honestly, I have to go buy the newlyweds another present. Maybe you can sand it down and reuse it? At least then is would be sanded. Please tell me how I can return this product for a complete refund.

Ervin and Eugenya were incredibly easy to work with and were able to work in my tight time frame. They responded quickly to my requests and easily accommodated the changes I made. The product arrived in perfect condition despite minor damage to the shipping box.

Ervin was great to deal with. Was extremely responsive, worked with out budget and our quick timeframe. The end product is gorgeous. I would definitely order from him again.

Amazing work! The cutting board I recieved is beautiful! Easiest Christmas present so far. Responded quickly. Worked with me, would come back again for another one no question about it!

I had a cutting board engraved for my mother in law. It turned out just beautiful! The design process was super easy and it was all completed in a couple of weeks.

Ervin and Eugenya Maier were wonderful to work with. I had a need for a gift within 10 days, less than the two weeks that it normally takes to deliver one of their handmade cutting boards. They worked with me very quickly to get a design together, execute the design, and they were willing to ship overnight to meet my deadline. The finished product was lovely and a big hit at the retirement party where I presented it. I was thrilled with the entire experience.

They were wonderful to work with on this project. I am so happy with the finished cutting boards. Their communication throughout the project was extremely helpful so that I could report to my business where we were in the process. The boards are beautiful!

Very easy to work with. I shared a design and we exchanged a couple of emails. I was sent a picture of the final design to approve before the carving began. The cutting board was shipped a couple of days early and it is beautiful!

Beautiful work!!! Eugenya absolutely saved my Christmas. Not only is it a beautiful piece but they were able to complete the job and get it to me before Christmas and it is EXACTLY what I wanted.
