How it all started: Seven years ago, while working at a cabinet shop I pulled some beautiful pieces of wood out of the scrap pile. I couldn't believe wood came in any different colors than just shades of brown. Six months later when I married my beautiful wife I started furnishing our house with pieces made of various combinations of exotic and domestic hardwoods. I have since moved on but I still enjoy making things out of quality scrap wood sourced from my old woodshop. As I am sure you know, no two pieces of wood are exactly alike.
