Hand selected and sourced from many locations, these mirrors are a popular item of mine locally. In my back yard shop I use conventional and unconventional tools and only select specific species of woods for these frames because of the unique textures I can discover in each piece. The total width of this mirror is 22 x 28 inches Because of the uniqueness of each frame all measurements will be approximate. Seven years ago, while working at a cabinet shop I pulled some beautiful pieces of wood out of the scrap pile. I couldn't believe wood came in any other colors than just shades of brown. I then discovered the joy of putting together reclaimed furniture-grade lumber like a puzzle and seeing what I can come up with. Six months later when I married my beautiful wife I started furnishing our house with pieces made of various combinations of exotic and domestic hardwoods.
Friends of mine have been telling me for years that I should make and sell my coffee table and other creations. Now I am making and selling cutting boards, coffee tables, rustic mirrors, entertainment centers and anything I make for myself that I think is saleable.
