I have been packing and shipping for years, if something should get broken or damaged in shipment contact me immediately, I will refund partially or fully, or work with you to make sure you are happy. I prefer no returns, we need to ensure that you are happy with the project before I even ship. If we decide that I will refund you for a project, you need to return the item immediately. I will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction, letting you know what is going on with your custom project through photos and explanations so we can make 'course corrections' and change things to suit your tastes during the process of creation.
