This Live Edge River table is an example of a custom piece that I can create for you. The table base is made with Torrefied Ash.The wood goes through a special process in which the wood is heat treated to get the rich dark color. The Live Edge River Top was created from one Large 11' long piece of big leaf maple. The wood was cut to use the areas with the best and most interesting grain. The blue glass is then hand cut and polished to create a smooth flowing "river" which follows and accents the live edge of the maple down the table. Welcome to D'Angelo Woodcraft! This shop was born out of my love for designing and creating handmade wood crafted items. I spend most of my free time 'tinkering' in my garage making practical pieces for the home, groomsmen gifts for my buddies, and completing my 'honey-do list'. My wife and friends have enjoyed my work for many years, and I thought it was time to share it with others. All pieces are handmade and unique.
