Industrial Coffee Table
2'W x 3'L x 18"H Steel frame, expanded steel and plywood 2nd layer, glass top. Two legs were salvaged automotive shock absorbers. Made from completely salvaged materials This piece was inspired by the steel frame. It was a remnant of a set, about to be cut up and sent to steel recycling. The expanded steel was already attached. I pulled it out and combined it with two other pieces of salvage, the shocks and the window, to create this custom furniture piece.

I helped my dad with his custom projects around our house growing up and loved every minute of it. In high school I restored an '82 El Camino in my garage and in college I studied Technical Theatre. In theatre each project is incredible unique; this has left with with a passion for the unusual and the skill-set to match.
My inspiration is to recycle/salvage as much as possible and keep costs at a level of attainability for your average consumer. I don't believe that you have to have wealth to make the most of your space.
Ultimately what makes it all worthwhile for me is the satisfaction of the buyer, finding the perfect solution to fulfill their desire.
