We typically ship via UPS freight. If you have a business address with loading dock that your piece can ship to please message prior to purchase because the shipping rate will be less.

There are no refunds or returns on custom orders. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us promptly so that we may be able to come to a resolution. If your item arrives damaged in any way, please take pictures so that we may open a claim with the shipment carrier.
