Rustic Shabby Chic Farmhouse Kitchen Island W/ Wine Rack
These stunning kitchen islands are made to order and can be built to any custom dimensions, layout and color requests. The featured island was finished in a distressed white. The wood plank top has been finished in a custom mixed worn honey maple and sealed with a durable zero VOC water based lacquer insuring a life time of low maintenance use. A custom built-in wine rack accomodates 10 bottles and 8 glasses. Lastly, two deep drawers running the entire depth of the island provide ample, easy access storage. As with all of our hand made furniture, this piece can be recreated in any dimensions, layout and color/s of your choosing. Please contact us for a custom quote. The one thing I didn't think to ask about was if there would be some coat of protection over the wood besides the stain and there isn't one so I will have to coat it with polyurethane or some such myself. My living room will become a wood workshop for a day or so….
