Shipping Policy

If a customer is within 75 miles, I may deliver a project personally. For further distances, I generally use US Postal Service to ship small packages that are within USPS size limitations. All deliveries include insurance to cover the cost of the item being shipped. For larger items, a customer can pick the piece up at my home in CT if that is convenient. I am no longer shipping cross country.

For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. Regarding project cancellation, custom work is usually non-refundable once in-progress. I will work with the customer for an equitable resolution depending on material expenses and the state of completion.
