Carved Walnut Front Doors, Dumfries, Va
This pair of doors have carved walnut exterior, and poplar interior surfaces, with a solid 3/4ply sandwiched between and double glazed on the upper portions. They were installed in 2004, and have held up beautifully, although the dark brown walnut has faded to a more golden tone. The starting price of 4K as listed, does not include installation.

I have lived on Bear Run Road, in the Appalachian mountains of West Virginia for 40 years--thus my business name BEAR RUN CRAFTS. I have made and built just about everything imaginable, from Christmas ornaments to kitchen cabinets to front doors. Salad forks to dining room tables to 8 room house.
During the 1990's I worked in a custom furniture shop, and have designed, built and installed fixtures in a spa/yoga studio and an art gallery in New York City.
My work is always one of a kind, made with my own artistic and creative tendencies blended with the recipients' desires and requirements.
I can arrange personal delivery of larger items, at certain times and to certain locations, depending on my (extensive!) travel schedule. We'll plan this together during the bidding and design process.
