This wardrobe is made of Black Walnut with a large drawer with an Ambrosia Maple interior. The overall dimensions of the piece are 6'6'' tall x 44" wide x 24" deep. The small "tray" that sits on top is removable and usable. The interior was left with no hardware. The intention is to customize for the owner. Hooks, hanging rods, or even adjustable shelves may be added at the owners preference. The dovetailed drawer rides on "soft close" drawer slides…very cool. Solid brass hinges and door catches manage the two doors. The doors are constructed of thick (1/8") shop made veneers over a cabinet grade plywood. This will keep the doors from warping, and will counter the movement of solid wood. The rest of the cabinet is solid wood and constructed with wood movement in mind. This is an heirloom piece at a very good price. The price listed is for this piece "as is" without any additional customization. If the buyer is interested in the above mentioned additions, then an additional charge will be established for those additions. The base of the cabinet is influence by trestle work under bridges and in the framing of buildings. The piece is absolutely stunning and as with most items….the pictures hardly do it justice. Shipping listed below is a guess. Shipping can be adjusted for where the owner might live. It is a large piece (see dimensions above) and will take careful packing and a large truck freight company. If you are within 150 miles of Asheville, NC I might be able to deliver it myself for a reasonable charge. The 4 week wait time is for packing and shipping only and should take less than that. If additional options are to be added, then there will be a longer wait. Also, entertaining any similar custom work you may have. These cabinets can be made to fit your particular needs and wants with a wide variety of woods available.

For Carita's BedI absolutely love this bed!!! Amazing quality, very sturdy, exactly what I wanted. I would've liked a few updates mid project just to ease my mind since this was my first time using custom made but other than that I love it!

For Reclaimed Wood, Acadian-Style Tables (Cypress)Neil is an extremely talented artist/woodworker. He is professional, and easy to work with. We love our custom made table and bench. The style is exactly what we discussed with him. He even gave us some beeswax and mineral oil to maintain the sheen of our wood. If you're looking for a quality custom piece, Neil is the maker to work with!
