The shown Tables are examples of what I can do for your bedside or end of your sofa. The shown examples are made of Cherry and Spalted Scycamore. All sustainable American hardwoods. The spalted Scycamore is particularly beautiful. The tables shown are 25" tall with tops that are 15"x20". They each have a Dovetailed drawer and small lower shelf…perfect for just the stuff you need at hand. We can customize these tables to fit your needs. Size, wood type and other options are available. Not shown here (but in another of my listings) are breadboard ends for the table top. Breadboard ends help keep the top flat due to wood movement and also add another design dimension to the top. I'm a fine arts graduate of The Cleveland Institute of Arts (BFA Painting/Printmaking) and Haywood Community College's Professional Crafts Program in Wood. I am a member of the Southern HIghlands Craft Guild and The Piedmont Craftsmen, Inc. I paint and make furniture and accessories. My CustomMade offerings are mainly furniture.
I am located in Western North Carolina, ground zero for furniture making in the United States. I have an abundance of interesting Eastern Hardwoods to choose from and sources for many exotics.
My furniture is all designed by me and follows simple lines and interesting materials.
Among my offerings are tables, beds, chests and stand-alone cabinets. Accessories such as mirrors, benches, boxes, key racks and many others.

I absolutely love this bed!!! Amazing quality, very sturdy, exactly what I wanted. I would've liked a few updates mid project just to ease my mind since this was my first time using custom made but other than that I love it!

Neil is an extremely talented artist/woodworker. He is professional, and easy to work with. We love our custom made table and bench. The style is exactly what we discussed with him. He even gave us some beeswax and mineral oil to maintain the sheen of our wood. If you're looking for a quality custom piece, Neil is the maker to work with!
