Shipping Policy

We do our best to help protect the environment by reusing or recycling packaging material wherever possible. We'll make sure your order is packaged securely using recycled/reused materials where possible to keep these out of landfills for at least one more use! Larger orders will be shipped either UPS or FedEx. Depending on the size of the item, shipping may be through UPS Freight or FedEx Freight. Smaller items may be shipped through the USPS. PLEASE NOTE: shipping for Alaska and Hawaii will be much higher than the listed rates for continental shipping. At the time of this note, Etsy does not allow us to break these states out individually, so if you complete a purchase with a delivery address in one of these states we will contact you before proceeding to figure out a more accurate shipping price. Larger items may take several weeks to complete, based on our current schedule and the complexity of the order. Small items usually ship within several days. Please keep in mind that shipping prices include the cost of all packaging materials, shipping/freight, and time to package. These costs are not built into the product price. We currently do not allow local pickup at our shop due to liability and other factors, however for buyers of our larger products who live close to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, local delivery may be available at a lower rate than standard shipping. The local delivery price is based on several factors, but mainly distance. Please contact us with your zip code to see if a local delivery quote is available for your order. We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible with efficient packaging and light product weight, however our larger products are still expensive to ship. Please don't forget to keep the shipping cost in mind when figuring the budget for your order.

If your item is damaged during shipping, we will do our best to replace the item, either in whole or just the damaged part(s), as quickly as possible. Please be sure to send photos of the item and a detailed description of the damage when contacting us. We also reserve the right to fully refund your purchase if we are unable to replace the product (for one-of-a-kind products). If you wish to exchange or return your product, please contact us. Most of our products are large or bulky, so if approved, you will be responsible for payment of all shipping and/or packaging fees. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the product returns in its original condition. Because of the size and customization factors of most of our products, there may be a restocking fee associated with any returns, exchanges, etc. If you wish to cancel an order before it leaves our shop, there may be a restocking fee if the order has already been started since almost all of our orders are built on an order by order basis.
