Dale was a pleasure to deal with and communicated well and was very helpful selecting the appropriate stain. He even took the time to meet up to select the appropriate stain. The overall quality of the pieces however was lacking and they may be unusable. I ordered a large horizontal book case and a smaller cubby. The specs on the smaller piece were fine. The large horizontal bookcase though was 6" taller than the maximum height I'd requested. It was intended to be placed under a window it's so tall now it'll actually cover some of the window. Also, the top of the large bookcase is noticeably bowed....the middle is more than 0.25" lower than the sides. The stain on both pieces is quite uneven as well. This is especially obvious where vertical and horizontal pieces meet and on the exterior sides of the smaller piece where you can clearly see streaks. Also, some of the edges do not appear to be sanded and there are small wood particles stuck in the finish. In fairness the price that I paid was low compared to other bids. In retrospect I wished I had paid more so that the specs were met and the finish quality was better.

It was more enjoyable being involved with the project than the results. We asked and paid extra to have the top of the cabinet to be flat and it was not. The interior light surfaces were unfinished unlike what was requested and expected. The necklace slide out drawer pulls out with difficulty and is crudely made. I was also disappointed with the exposed plywood drawer sides. It makes it look cheap. It was more important to me to have a quality piece than timeliness, which I emphasized. The exterior portions that were photographed are very pleasing in craftsmanship and artistry. The hardware is very nice solid brass and compliments the cabinetry nicely. The woods used are beautiful. My overall impression, he is in it more for the money than for his love of the craft.

I was very impressed with both the actual finished product but also the speed and communication with Dale. He was very flexible with what my wife and I were looking for and was very accommodating. This allowed us to get precisely what we were looking for. It was a wedding present for my godson and we wanted something really special. We got it!

Extremely satisfied with what Dale was able to produce. It's obvious he takes pride in his work.

I was very happy with the final project. It was exactly as I wanted it to be. As always, you're never sure what the final outcome will be, I was pleasantly surprised!! Dale was very professional and communicated through out the entire project which had me feel assured that I made the right decision. I would highly recommend Dale.

Dale has done another fantastic job for me. The Breaker Box Cover is absolutely beautiful.

I had a great experience working with Dale. He built a custom wall cabinet for me, for a reasonable price, and it is beautiful. Well made, too. His communication was great, kept me posted, made sure we were on the same page. I would definitely work with Dale again, I'm very happy with his work and professionalism.

I could not have asked for a better craftsman. Dale is professional and very detail oriented. He was consistent with providing progress updates and took his time to make sure the project was made to my specifications. I enjoyed having this project done. It will be a great thing for the memory of my grandfather to have his, our, dominoes hanging on the wall with his information on it. My mother and grandmother both love it and I do too. I thank Dale and Dixie Woodworking for doing this project. We had some bumps in the road but they were resolved quickly.

Dale did a great job building what I asked for. Shipping took a day or two longer, and nearly doubled the cost, but I wasn't too worried about that and shipping has gone up in price everywhere. *My* idea was a bit flawed, but I didn't realize it until later and unless you are sitting in my exact seat, you couldn't know. But the workmanship on Dale's part was excellent. It holds the weight of my monitor very well. I was VERY impressed with Dale's professionalism and communication.

Instead of just one option he gave me a couple different ones for my cutting board. Some I never would of thought of myself. He sent me pictures through out and if he had a question he asked before going through with something.

Dale was great from the conception of my idea until completion. He was easy to talk to via messenger and was able to be very descriptive to help me understand what I was asking for. He sent me pictures and updates as he finished the product. We will have our watchbox for years to come thanks to Dale's amazing craftsmanship.

Dale did a shadow box for me. She did a great job following my specifications to the point. The result was just what I expected. She did it nicely and promptly. Dale was engaged and dedicated her talents to my project. Now I got a pretty shadow box. Thanks, Dale. I can recommend Dale wholeheartedly.

I think Dale White was fantastic in all ways possible. Everyone that has seen the Door Bell Chime cover thinks it looks great in our house. By the way our house was built in the 1850's. So his design fits right in with everything that we have. Thanks Dale!!!

I am very pleased with my finished product and Dale White did a fantastic job. I would do business with Dale anytime. He let me ask questions and explained to me in a very detailed way of what he was doing and why and he always gave me different options, his communication was great. Dale also got back to me in a very timely manner with each question I had. GREAT PERSON TO WORK WITH!!!! The package was shipped with just the right amount of protection needed to ensure a safe delivery. I WILL RECCOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE I KNOW NEEDING SOME WOODWORK DONE.
