  • Great service

This Maker has consistently demonstrated excellence in craftsmanship and customer service.

I've been making custom furniture, cabinets, and small woodworking projects for the past 20 years. I've made small projects such as cutting boards, chess boards, jewelry boxes, and humidors as well as entertainment centers, desks, bookcases, and dining room tables. I prefer to design my own projects after finding out what the customer wants.

As a woodworker I'm primarily self taught and I thoroughly enjoy building unique projects. Most of my work is contemporary or traditional. I haven't yet delved into reproducing antique furniture although there are a couple of pieces I would like to make.

I work alone so a reasonable amount of time must be allowed to finish a project. I never like to rush anything I do. I want the project to be right just as the customer does. If I feel a project is too difficult for my skillset I will either not do it or discuss other options with the customer.

I was very impressed with both the actual finished product but also the speed and communication with Dale. He was very flexible with what my wife and I were looking for and was very accommodating. This allowed us to get precisely what we were looking for. It was a wedding present for my godson and we wanted something really special. We got it!

I enjoyed having this project done. It will be a great thing for the memory of my grandfather to have his, our, dominoes hanging on the wall with his information on it. My mother and grandmother both love it and I do too. I thank Dale and Dixie Woodworking for doing this project. We had some bumps in the road but they were resolved quickly.

Dale did a great job building what I asked for. Shipping took a day or two longer, and nearly doubled the cost, but I wasn't too worried about that and shipping has gone up in price everywhere.

My idea was a bit flawed, but I didn't realize it until later and unless you are sitting in my exact seat, you couldn't know. But the workmanship on Dale's part was excellent. It holds the weight of my monitor very well.

I was VERY impressed with Dale's professionalism and communication.

I was very happy with the final project. It was exactly as I wanted it to be. As always, you're never sure what the final outcome will be, I was pleasantly surprised!!
Dale was very professional and communicated through out the entire project which had me feel assured that I made the right decision.
    I would highly recommend Dale.
