Excellent piece, my husband loves it. Can't wait to order the next gift!

While he tried the boots didn’t fit correctly, color wasn’t orange like the shade chosen but pink. Overall boot quality isn’t great. Have them away as I wouldn’t wear due to problems with boot.

Unbelievable job on my wallet for a really great price. All of my (dozens) of questions were answered within minutes. Couldn't have asked for better service all the way around!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! I have never left a review for something in my life but this is how much I loved working with her! She was polite, helpful, captured every bit of detail I imagined, and had it to me 2 weeks before I needed it! She was absolutely phenomenal!!

I asked Kathleen to make me a sheath for my Benchmade Hidden Canyon knife. She quickly responded to my request, answered my questions and I receive the sheath in short order. There was a slight issue with the retaining strap but she very quickly fixed the problem. I have just what I wanted. I highly recommend Kathleen for her professionalism and expertise.

Kathleen was in constant communication and sent me pictures as she was working on the project. The book is beautiful and you can tell it is handmade with skill. The designs are actually carved in the leather. Shipping was fast and she completed the project in the projected time frame. Very happy customer!

This year my husband and I will be celebrating our third anniversary (the "leather" anniversary), so I wanted to get the perfect gift custom made for him. I struggled with many different local businesses who specialize in leatherwork, before finally turning to the CustomMade website. Kathleen had very good reviews and I liked a lot of the artwork I saw so I sent her a message with my idea. Kathleen responded immediately, was very enthusiastic about the project, was very helpful with her own artistic input (which I desperately needed!), gave me a very fair price for what I wanted, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. From initial contact to the moment I received the package was probably 3 weeks total, which is amazing when you consider the painstakingly beautiful craftsmanship she put into the product. I was absolutely satisfied with the final product and would 100% recommend this artist to others.

This was the first time i used the website, just ran across it and have been looking for a wallet, everything i saw was junk or imported , I submitted what i was looking for and Kathleen contacted me very fast , she was great with dealing with me and answered all my questions promptly. Just recieved the wallet she made and im so happy. Its exactly what i wanted she did a fantastic job and would highly recommend her for leather work. Kathleen is a true professional, an artist and an absolute joy to work with. My book has a beautiful leather cover and amazing artwork that she made real from my word salad of ideas. Most importantly, she is communicative and asked clarifying questions so that she fully captured my vision, even bringing up concepts that I had not considered. I felt that she herself was invested in the project. She also had a great deal of patience and understanding. I did not feel rushed to make design decisions that I wasn't ready for. I can't recommend Kathleen enough and will definitely seek her out in the future.

Kathleen is an amazing artist! She created the perfect gift for my big burly lumberjack fiancé...it's masculine, yet refined, mesquite wood grain wallet with a stag carved in the wood on the back of the wallet and my fiancé's name on the front corner. She also used a shotgun snap and included a pocket to hold his business cards on the inside. Kathleen is an absolute pleasure to work with; she listened intently, asked clarifying questions and completely captured my vision for this project with her incredible talent. I highly recommend Kathleen and will definitely request her services again. Thank you Kathleen! You da best!

I love experience. Every project has been incredible and this one is no different. You are always a joy to work with and everything is always so beautiful.

The wallet that I received was so beautiful! my husband loves it. It is such a work of art and the craftsmanship is superb!! I will definitely order more items from the artist.

Again it was a pleasure working with Kathleen. She brought back to life a sentimental old belt so I can once again wear and enjoy it. Both belt projects I have done with here turned out great, they are a pleasure to wear and hold great for being tension type belts. We also kind of added a wristband into the project and it turned out cool. I highly recommend her.
