Since all of our designs are custom made for our clients all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. All our pieces are inspected prior to being shipped, If there are any damages at the time of receiving your furniture, it is best to take photos immediately, have the delivery driver present sign the delivery form and then you should file an immediate claim with the carrier. Also please notify us as well.
