Graphic/Wine Side Chair
I found this contemporary gem on the side of the road in a classy neighborhood; however, it had been in a basement around pets - all I'll say about that. I stripped it down and left it open to air out for about a year. Then began the rebuild from frame and springs to what you see today! I wanted to mix some elements like outside stitching, denim and applied screen printed graphics. It is now quite the conversation starter. Item is sold.

Pleasure to meet you! My name is Brian Davis, a designer and artist by passion and by trade. My craft is fine art, and my furniture brand is ROOT-NC.
Regarding my art, I build and stretch my own canvases, and many are mounted in "float" frames that accent my work with a modern, gallery quality look. My subject matter ranges from abstract representational to portraiture.
Regarding my furniture, I utilize up-cycled materials and random pieces, designing and creating one-of-a-kind furnishings from my studio and made in High Point, North Carolina! I approach each piece as a complete original work of art. When possible, I incorporate my artwork into the item, offering something that cannot possibly be gotten anywhere else.
