Shipping Policy

The customer will be responsible for all shipping and/or freight charges. We will provide an estimated cost, however, it is in fact an estimate and might increase or decrease once the piece is weighed by the shipping company. We also provide several choices for shipment to suit the needs of our customers

Snhwoodworks LLC wishes for all of our customers to be happy with their orders and will certainly reimburse customers who wish to cancel their orders. However, we do require a minimum of 25% deposit on all custom orders, which covers the cost of a portion of materials. This is non-refundable if materials have already been purchased. If the order is cancelled within a 7 day time frame, all funds will be returned. Customers will be responsible for return shipment fees.
