Shipping is an addition to total cost unless other arrangements are agreed upon. All shipping is insured for the value of the merchandise any damage a claim will be made and any settlement will be payed to the buyer brother arrangements can be made with us.

We require 50% down before construction begins, the balance will be payed apron completion. The 50% down is refundable only at makers choice.
