The frog lure was sculpted in foam, a mold made, then cast in plastic. It is a hollow plastic about 18" long, 10" tall, and 5" wide. The real steel hooks are attached to the lure eyelets with a coiled wire ring like the original lure. A wall mount was designed to support the lure without being visible and give the appearance that it is "swimming" along the wall. These can be custom painted to your liking.

My name is Russell Atkinson. I am an artist. A maker, hacker, builder that likes to create thingsā¦ things that have a functional purpose as well as things that are just awesome to look at.
I work in many different mediums from wood and steel, to rubber, plastics, and foam. With the experience of being an avionics technician for about 25 years, I love integrating electronics into my creations as well. Lighting them up or animating them is always a fun addition.
I also paint. Airbrushing is my preferred method but I have been known to throw in a few brush strokes here and there. I can do portraits and photo realistic paintings too.
I'd love to create something with you.
