Custom pieces with personalization are not returnable for obvious reasons. Items which do not have personalization (monograms, names, logo, team, etc) may be returned. Please notify me of intent to return as soon as possible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. I pride myself on fast turnaround which requires quick response to you, my valued customer. You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing the order. After that, it is most likely in production.
