Wood Credenza

The Wood Console is hand-made in Brooklyn by me, Steven. I have a love for craft and a deep respect for the natural quality of wood. This piece is: Beautiful. This hearty Wood Console features American Black Walnut and African Sapele. I personally select each board for integrity and beauty. This makes our furniture truly unique in today's manufacturing culture. Generally, furniture makers will just call their lumber yard and take from the top of the pile with no regard to unique beauty or integrity of the board. I'm equal part artist and woodworker, so every piece I make is unique - it has never been made before. Sturdy. Rest assured this is a very solid piece of furniture, you can overload it with as many books and electronic devices as you can find. I use only hardwood and traditional joinery, so unlike manufacturers, our furniture is made to last. Spacious. Each shelf space is 13" deep by 12" tall by 50" in length, which is plenty of room for a least 100 books or a even 500+ albums. These dimensions are also customizable - let us know what you need! Ergonomic. The whole Wood Console stands at 30" inches tall by 14" inches deep by 55" inches in length. Each shelf showcases a natural curve around your living space, minimizing sharp edges that can bruise or lead to splinters. Affordable. It may seem like a big investment, but because our furniture will last throughout your life (and live to see your grandchildren), it's a wise investment that saves you money over time. No more new Ikea furniture every 2 years, or Crate and Barrel furniture every 7. It will last FAR longer than any manufactured furniture could, saving you money in the long run.
