This barn is constructed of white pine through out. I cut all of the wood on my sawmill and dry it in my kiln, there is no plywood in its construction. There are built in stalls inside for three horses that are included, They are lighted with four LED lights which are powered by a nine volt battery (battery included) turned on by a simple push button switch. Two removable side paddocks with freestanding fences allow plenty of room for the horses to roam. On the second floor is a hay loft lighted by one LED light, the included ramp can be used to store hay. Ten hay bale blocks are included along with a bag of woodchips for the stalls. The horses are two inches tall at their backs. With both paddocks on it is 44 inches wide without the paddocks it is 23 1/4 inches wide. Depth is 18 1/4 inches and it is 15 inches high. This is a toy that will be passed on for generations!

Hi my name is Bill Beaumont and I live in Bucksport Maine. I am 56 years old and have been woodworking for the last 30 years the last 4years on a full time basis.
I have a sawmill that I use to cut all my lumber for my projects and have a kiln to dry the lumber also. This allows me the freedom to cut custom pieces for my customers projects plus it's a lot of fun!
As much as I enjoy doing the actual woodworking I enjoy the design phase just as much. I have designed a series of toy barns and garages based on late 19th century buildings. I have customized them for clients which is very rewarding when they realize they are getting a one of a kind toy that will be handed down for generations!
