This is one of our smaller store front build outs in Manhattan. We were very proud to have jumped into this project last minute and came up with this idea on site. The shelve are out of reclaimed wood that's about 1 1/4 in thickness to hold the weight of whatever products you might want to display. The lights are tiny long lasting leds for lower cost and low heat output. This is suitable for a home as well.

Born and raised in the Bronx and always loved old wood structures but always had a creative streak. Started taking wood classes in high school eventually received a degree in building along with certificates in decorative concrete furniture and sustainable wood design.
Have done commercial cafes along with residential projects ranging from a single bathroom vanity to an entire bar room. I presently seek out all sorts of reclaimed woods, from 100 yr old Hudson valley barns to fallen tree logs that are milled and kiln dried. My work is more organic, as I prefer the natural bends and imperfections within the wood and design. Also have a strong background in concrete furniture fabrication and design along with metal.
